Salient Features

Name of Post : ‘Customer Relations Associates’ in clerical cadre for rural / semi urban centres.
Educational Qualifications : For General category candidates -- 60% marks in Class X or Class XII and 50% in graduation. For SC/ST/PWD candidates - 55% marks in Class X or Class XII and 45% in graduation. Knowledge of computers, including M S Office is essential.

Age : For General Category candidates - Minimum 20 years, Maximum 26 years as on 01.11.2007. For reserve category and others candidates as per clause 4 of the advertisement.
Application fee including postage : For General category candidates - Rs.250.00 For SC/ST/PWD/ XS candidates Rs.50.00. Only draft favouring “State Bank of India” drawn on Mumbai will be accepted.
Both Signature and thumb impression (RTI) on application are compulsory.
Do not enclose any papers except draft with the application.
Name and code no. of Centre of examination must be written clearly and full. Candidates can apply for vacancies in one state only and will have to appear for written test from a centre of that particular state.
